Project Overview
Introducing Pindr
What’s special about Pindr?
Pindr is a platform to help companies showcase their workplace culture, or as we call it, their “soft skills”. Through browsing profiles of different companies, job seekers can find companies that are better aligned with their values. We aim to reduce friction in the early hiring stage, as well as increase employees’ job satisfaction and commitment to the organization.
Background
Research from Adobe
From a research of 5500 Adobe employees, they found out 56% of people aged between 18-24 are planning on switching jobs.
Report from Bankrate
77% of Gen Z are thinking of leaving their current jobs according to a Bankrate research.
Shifting Demographics
By 2025, Gen Z is predicted to take over more than 27% of the workforce demographics.
ZEO = Gen Z CEO
More and more companies are setting up a "ZEO" position to better understand this upcoming force of generation.
Problem
The average length of time spent in a career role is less than 3 years for Gen Z & Millennials, a relatively short period of time compared to other generations.
High turn-over rate of Gen Z employees causes a vicious cycle of high recruitment burden and low productivity rate in companies.
Decreased Company Morale
High costs of recruitment
Low productivity
Solution
Create a platform that provides companies' information from a different point of view and help Gen Z better find the company that meets their values.

What if, we can make job searching as fun and easy as scrolling dating apps?
